1. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
We ship orders across PAN India.
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (depending on your pin code & courier availability)
Total Time: Typically 6–9 business days from the date of order depending on the location.
Please note:
- Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen courier delays.
- Rural / remote locations may require additional transit time.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery on most products and pin codes across India.
Important Notes:
- COD orders may require phone/SMS/WhatsApp confirmation.
- Failure to confirm may delay or cancel the order.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the package.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a:
- Tracking link
- Courier partner name
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your shipment anytime through our Order Tracking page or directly via the courier website.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free for prepaid orders

5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable or refuses the package:
- The shipment will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
- Future COD orders may be restricted.
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered, please:
- Refuse the delivery
- Contact us immediately with photos/video at support@wishbuys.com or WhatsApp on 7982238040.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
WishBuys is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Wrong phone number
- Customer unavailability
Please ensure all details are accurate at checkout.
8. Return to Origin (RTO)
If a package returns to us due to failed delivery attempts:
- COD fees are non-refundable
- We may request prepaid payment for reshipping the order
